Here are a few questions, that we have received in various exhibitions, from customers in person. We have tried to answer them here. 

Question: Do you have a petite section?
Answer: Yes. We have petite sizes available in all styles. All you need to do is choose 'Petite', while choosing the size. 

Question: Do you have a tall section?
Answer: Yes. We have tall sizes available in all styles. All you need to do is choose 'Tall', while choosing the size. 

Question: Do you offer customisation ?
Answer: Yes, We offer customisations within reason, at a minor cost. If you think, your size is not available with us, we can customise it for you. We can also make changes like  - increasing decreasing length, changing sleeve lengths, make it in another colour, provided it is available with us, add a custom embroidery. Question: Is Sizyx a sustainable brand
Answer: Yes, Sizyx is a sustainable fashion brand. We believe in slow fashion and don't create inventory to be dumped in landfills or elsewhere. We follow a just in time inventory approach, and keep zero to minimum inventory. We use pure cotton fabrics, which are biodegradable. 

Question: can I shop for my body type?
Answer: Yes, you can shop for your body type- be it apple/ inverted triangle, pear/ triangle, oval or rectangle. We are a size inclusive brand and want the customer to feel comfortable in our clothes

Question: Can you add pockets in my dress?
Answer: All our dresses have functional pockets already. 

Question: What is your delivery time?
Answer: We promise to dispatch the product within 7-10 days of the order placement date. Our shipping partners take 2-3 date for delivery.
